1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The item must not be damaged or show signs of use that were not present upon receipt.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Items clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at 904-708-4321 within the 30-day return window. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
